Next, we procure and ship all necessary equipment to our staging facility to begin the initial systems configuration. Prior to solution implementation, our team works through pre-installation service checkpoints such as:

- Hardware testing, RMA, burn-in
- Customer simulated environment

- Pre-deployment customer administration hands-on-training

After the equipment has successfully passed our stringent pre-installation checklist, we ship it to either a Co-location or customer site for installation. With the equipment onsite, our engineering team physically installs, integrates, and performs acceptance testing to the solution, guaranteeing that it works flawlessly. |
